We may terminate or suspend access at any time. Upon termination, all licenses end and virtual items are forfeited without compensation.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Products are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haperis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in the State of Texas under AAA rules. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
